Crash Diet

So I don't actually NEED to lose weight before the wedding, the dress fits good. But I've been pigging out a lot the past couple days, and I rally can't gain any weight. It's 3 weeks before the wedding and I just want to look and feel my best. I want to go on a diet for the next 3 weeks and work out every day. Any suggestions? I've got pleanty ideas, but I'm open to suggestions.

  1. Go to myfitnesspal.com! It's not really a diet persay, it just tellsyou how many calories you should consume in a day to lose or maintain weight. You then enter in what you eat and it subtracts those calories from your total. You can eat whatever you want but as long as you don't eat more than your recommended amount then you will lose/maintain weight! It works super good. I have loved it! Congrats on getting married by the way. Zachary and I are SO excited for you two!!

    I installed that app a while back on my phone, but didn't use it until today... I'm surprised at how many calories I consume in one day; very eye opening.
